UAVR has a strong research group working on this thematic: Transportation Technology Research Group of TEMA – Centre for Mechanical Engineering and Automation. The main goal of this research group is to develop intelligent tools towards a sustainable transport system by investing on projects concerning Safety, Environment, Energy and Mobility fields (e.g. road accident managements, road emissions and route optimization).
