ECIU University Forum 2025 is coming back on June 10-11th 2025 at the University of Trento (Italy). With Innovation for Sustainable Futures chosen as the main theme, it will once again help ECIU University community members build connections, exchange perspectives and lay a basis for future collaborations.

Team Impact Award is making a comeback as well, with applications already open.

WHAT IS THE TEAM IMPACT AWARD?

The Team Impact Award aims to recognise and celebrate ECIU University teams who have shown exceptional collaboration, creativity, and dedication in addressing real-life challenges.  

It spotlights learners, staff and external stakeholders who have an inspiring story to share – whether it’s about the impact they have made or the impact ECIU University has had on them.

WHO CAN APPLY AND HOW?

Any member of the ECIU University community can participate – whether it's a learner, a teamcher, a researcher, a stakeholder or a staff. If you have taken part in an ECIU University challenge and want to share your experience, you’re welcome to apply.  

• Tell your story by creating a short video in any format (no longer than 3 minutes) spotlighting your impact journey. You can find some tips on creating the video here.
• Send your video (or the YouTube/WeTransfer link) by the 31st of March to Barbara Moore (INSA Toulouse):
• ‍barbara.moore@insa-toulouse.fr, and Daria Bobovkina (Lodz University of Technology): daria.bobovkina@p.lodz.pl.  

The winners will be contacted by the Selecting Committee by April 15th.

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?

Some of the prizes include:  

• An all-expenses-paid trip to the ECIU University Forum in Trento for 4 lucky winners;
• Your video shown during the ECIU University Forum;
• Your story covered on ECIU social media.  
• An interview on the ECIU website, to share your impact with the whole world;
• And more.
